[Problem Solved] Youtube Fullscreen Mode Starts Re-Buffering – Playback settings

In this tutorial, you will learn how to fix the problem “YouTube full screen mode starts re-buffering”. YouTube is the biggest social networking site and has a lot of users. Go to Playback setup of your YouTube profile. Click here to visit.
If you are not signed in your YouTube account then sign in your your YouTube account. It will redirect you to the playback settings page.
Mark the option “I have a slow connection. Never play higher-quality video” under “Video Playback quality”.
Click on Save Changes.

You are done..!!!
