In this tutorial, you will learn how to password Protect PowerPoint 2003 document. PowerPoint is a software by Microsoft and it’s software from MS office. It is a great software that mostly people use to create presentation but sometimes, presentation are secret and people don’t want someone to access it except you. So, If you use Microsoft PowerPoint to ready presentations and don’t want someone to access it then, the best way to avoid someone to access is by protecting your file so, Nobody will be able to access your file until he/she have password.

If you want to learn how to password protect PowerPoint 2003 document, follow the steps below.
- Open the Microsoft PowerPoint file that you want to protect with password.
- Go to tools in menu bar and select options from the drop-down-menu.
- Go to security tab.
- Type password to protect your document.
- Click on OK.
- Save the document
- You are done….!!!!!
